Climb the Ladder

My aim for this is for players to have the ability to watch a civilisation evolve, emerge, and develop over billions of years of history, with occasional influence in precisely how it develops. 

That is, if I ever get that far.

At the moment I have two menus done. Don't expect anything big anytime soon.
